Refund & Returns Policy

General policy

Avenor Peptides products are intended strictly for laboratory research use (Research Use Only). Due to their nature, opened or used items are non-returnable.

When returns or replacements are accepted

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

• Defective item: if the item is defective on delivery.
• Incorrect shipment: if you received a different item from the one ordered.

How to submit a request

The customer must report the issue within 7 days of delivery at orders@avenorpeptides.com, including the order number and photos, batch information or other relevant documentation.

Review and outcome

After the request is validated, we may provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.

Non-eligible returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• items that have been opened or used
• change of mind on opened Research Use Only products
• requests submitted after the 7-day delivery window
• orders without sufficient information to validate the issue
